Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal teams, industry experts, and clients to plan, design, market, and deliver impactful training programmes from conception to completion.
  • Evaluate programmes against benchmarks, KPIs, and recognised industry frameworks, driving continuous improvement.
  • Manage and nurture customer relationships to promote relevant training programmes that meet their evolving needs.
  • Identify, explore, and secure new business opportunities and partnerships, both locally and internationally.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders for development of courseware and learning materials in alignment with client and industry needs.
  • Utilise and manage common online learning platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams) to conduct virtual training sessions and hybrid learning formats.

  • A bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA)/Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) will be an advantage.
  • 2-4 years of relevant working experience. Familiarity with or experience working in an Institute of Higher Learning and experience with job placements will be an advantage.
  • Programme Management and Stakeholder Engagement: Proven ability to manage training programmes/projects while demonstrating strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams, trainers, clients, and industry bodies.
  • Analytical and Marketing Skills: Ability to analyse stakeholders' needs and trends to enhance programme design and promotion through traditional and digital channels.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, able to front projects independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Meticulous and responsible working attitude.
  • Enterprising, with a flair for developing new businesses leads and accounts will be highly regarded.
