A leading company is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Senior Executive for a 12-month contract role. The successful candidate will support strategic programmes and operational planning within the public sector, involving stakeholder coordination, event planning, resource management, and financial reporting. Candidates should possess a diploma in Business Administration, with strong organisational and communication skills alongside proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Contract Duration: 12 months
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
(Inclusive of 1-hour lunch break)
Our client is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Senior Executive to support strategic programmes and operational planning. This 12-month contract role is well-suited for candidates experienced in stakeholder coordination, event planning, resource management, and administrative support, especially within the public sector.
Meeting Coordination and Support
Develop, maintain, and update meeting schedules to ensure timely organisation of key events.
Reserve meeting rooms, compile agendas, and support the facilitation of productive discussions.
Stakeholder Engagement & Organisational Development Event Planning
Coordinate OD activities by managing logistics for smooth execution.
Work with stakeholders to align event objectives with audience needs and propose engaging formats.
Liaise with external vendors such as caterers and event planners.
Workplace Resource Management
Conduct regular inventories of workstations, lockers, and other office assets.
Maintain updated records on the allocation and availability of resources.
Financial Reporting
Collect and organise project data and assist in updating programme databases.
Generate and consolidate monthly financial reports for submission to the EVP dashboard.
Administrative Support
Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks and general office duties to ensure smooth operations within Programme Planning Office
Minimum Qualification: Diploma in Business Administration or a related discipline.
Preferred Experience: Prior work in the Government sector, particularly in financial reporting or resource management.
Skills:
Strong organisational and time management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Familiarity with scheduling and financial reporting tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
