About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Senior Executive, Product, Partnership & Sales to join our team, focusing on the development, marketing, and sales of our Tourist Pass products. This role involves a mix of strategic planning, product innovation, sales execution, and partner management.

You will play a pivotal role in enhancing the value proposition of the Singapore Tourist Pass and related tourism products, while actively driving growth through strategic partnerships and sales channels.

What you'll be doing

Product Development & Management

  • Assist in the development, enhancement, and end-to-end management of tourism-related products.

  • Support in defining business strategies and roadmaps for new and existing products.

  • Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify consumer needs and growth opportunities.

  • Drive product pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, IT, Finance, Legal, Logistics, Customer Service) for smooth execution.

  • Deliver product training and briefings to internal and external stakeholders.

Sales & Account Management

  • Drive and grow sales across multiple channels: corporate, online, kiosks, and resellers.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with sales partners and key accounts.

  • Identify new leads and manage the sales process from quotation to fulfillment.

  • Monitor sales performance, identify gaps, and implement growth strategies.

Marketing & Promotions

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and drive sales.

  • Manage and update product and tourism information across digital and print platforms.

  • Collaborate with partners to co-create marketing content and communications materials.

Product & Promotion Partnerships

  • Maintain and grow relationships with local tourism stakeholders, merchants, and attractions.

  • Seek new partnership opportunities locally and overseas to enrich tourism products.

  • Drive collaboration on joint marketing campaigns and product bundling.

Tourism Product Development

  • Research and curate compelling tourism bundles for targeted customer segments.

  • Collaborate with tourism partners to create attractive and marketable packages.

  • Support on-ground sales enablement through channels such as self-help kiosks and travel agents.

Other Responsibilities

  • Cross-sell related products and services to key partners.

  • Support special projects including gamification, seasonal campaigns, and strategic initiatives.

What we're looking for

  • Keen interest and training in Tourism, Marketing, Business, or related fields.

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in product development, sales, or tourism marketing.

  • Understanding of Singapore's tourism landscape, including visitor needs and partner ecosystem.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proactive, creative, and capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience in account servicing, campaign execution, and data-driven decision making is a plus.

  • Familiarity with digital platforms, tourism technologies, and sales analytics will be an advantage.
