Position Summary

Role and Responsibilities
  1. Product Ownership: Manage end-to-end product lifecycle including forecasting, pricing, channel strategy, positive contribution towards the achievement of key KPIs for assigned TV category.
  2. Market Intelligence: Analyze consumer trends, competitor landscape, and conduct regular competitor product benchmarking to measure price index. Through these category insights, work with Senior PM to define winning product strategies.
  3. Launch Management: Drive product launches with full accountability for timelines, positioning, pricing and develop go-to-market plans.
  4. Drive Sell-out: On-going monitoring of sales situation and initiate programs to sustain sales and market share.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, trade marketing and marketing communications teams to execute promotional strategies and campaigns.
  6. Promotion Management: Work closely with functional teams to properly allocate marketing expenses, sales allowance according to business needs and monitor actual expenditure.
  7. Online Drive: Work closely with online team to build campaigns and improvement plans to achieve online sales target.
  8. Demand Planning & managing SCM KPIs: Work with Key Account Managers towards the achievement of sales target and ensure timely demand forecast to meet the target. Work closely with SCM manager to ensure accurate sell-in/out forecast, healthy channel WOS and manage aging inventory.
  9. Business Health: Responsible for ensuring detailed P&L management for all promotion requests.
  10. Any other Ad Hoc duties and reporting.
Skills And Qualifications
  1. Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Management / Marketing.
  2. 2-4 years of experience of marketing/product management in consumer electronics or fast-moving industries would be an advantage.
  3. Commercial acumen, analytical mindset, and a passion for technology and innovation.
  4. Good business planning, project management and execution skills.
  5. Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  6. Able to strive in a fast-paced environment.
