Executive / Senior Executive, Meat and Poultry Procurement responsibilities include:

• Liaise with vendors to establish supply chain resiliency.
• Source perishable meat and poultry products, ensuring quality, compliance, and cost efficiency.

Participate in and manage purchasing activities, optimize procurement processes, and ensure policy compliance. The role requires independent decision-making, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize knowledge of products and procurement processes to address challenges and prioritize tasks.
• Ensure documentation aligns with procurement requirements and standards.
• Work independently, making informed decisions to optimize operations.
• Support team members through effective communication.
• Handle complex procurement issues promptly.
• Maintain adherence to policies, procedures, and standards.
• Research vendors, negotiate contracts, and secure cost-effective deals.
• Track orders and resolve supplier issues.
• Conduct market analysis for pricing trends and savings opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Warehouse, and Finance teams to streamline supply chain and ensure quality.
• Follow ESG and safety policies throughout procurement.
