Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an experienced procurement professional to manage vendor pre-qualification processes and evaluate tender submissions. The ideal candidate should possess at least 3 years of property management procurement experience along with excellent communication skills. Familiarity with SAP and Ariba systems is a plus. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Qualifications

Job description

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the vendor pre-qualification process using company Ariba portal to shortlist qualified tender participants.
  • Collaborate with operations departments to prepare tender documents and organize tender briefings and site viewings.
  • Compile and evaluate tender submissions, including detailed price analysis and quality assessment.
  • Lead tender interviews, clarification sessions, and negotiations on pricing and contractual terms.
  • Prepare and secure timely approval for tender recommendation papers and award decisions.
  • Issue contract agreements to successful vendors.
  • Process and issue variation orders for contract changes after obtaining necessary approvals.
  • Create and manage contracts and Purchase Orders (POs) in company SAP purchasing portal, including processing changes.
  • Ensure all procurement activities strictly adhere to group procurement policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Undertake other assigned procurement and contract management tasks.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma holder and above
  • Minimum 3 years of property management procurement
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, meticulous, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in MS Office is essential, and familiarity with SAP/Ariba is a plus
