Job description:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead procurement activities for operating supplies, non-food, and hotel categories.
  • Manage, work, and liaise closely with both internal and external business units.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies and internal guidelines.
  • End-to-end procurement engagement (i.e., vendor selection, scope definition, Request for Information (RFI), Request for Tender (RFT), Request for Quotation (RFQ), contracting, post-award management).
  • Negotiate with vendors/contractors to ensure "best value" purchases are executed through a transparent purchasing process.
  • Manage daily operations such as timely contract renewals, high catalog usage management, and vendor performance management.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders in reviewing and formalizing contracts and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Review Purchasing Requests/Orders (PR/PO) in compliance with Purchasing Approval Matrix.
  • Ensure all purchases adhere to procurement policies, casino regimes, and SOPs.
  • Ensure strict compliance with Safety, Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) aspects in all sourcing processes.
  • Support the team in yearly strategic planning through data analytics.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in relevant fields with at least 2 years of procurement experience in the hospitality sector (covering non-food and room operations commodities).
  • Conversant in procurement processes (RFQ/RFT/RFI) and contract administration.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team to meet tight timelines and KPIs.
  • Ability to facilitate brainstorming sessions to gather technical requirements and work in a dynamic environment with a large number of requesters.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive mindset with a hands-on attitude and uncompromised integrity and business ethics.
  • Team player with project management and problem-solving skills.
  • Entrepreneurial (i.e., strategic thinking and good business acumen).
  • High sense of accountability and self-motivation.
  • Knowledge in SAP/Ariba S2P (Source to Pay) and Reverse Auction tools is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent proficiency with standard office applications, especially MS Word and MS Excel.
