Job Description

The Executive will manage transformational improvement projects aligned with the hospital’s strategies through operations analytics and streamlining work processes. They will work with stakeholders to achieve goals using project management and methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and PDSA. The Executive is also expected to facilitate quality improvement workshops, assist the Manager in maintaining systems and governance of all QI projects, and may oversee secretariat duties for the hospital’s Quality Network as part of portfolio rotation.

Job Requirements:

• Good Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or Healthcare-related studies, preferably with a minimum of 2 years of related experience.
• Experience in implementing operational improvement initiatives is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to write well.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Healthcare experience is preferred.
