Job description:

We are seeking a dynamic Senior/Executive to join our Process Transformation and Improvement (PTI) team under Organisation Planning and Performance (OPP). You will play a crucial role in driving innovation and transformation in care and work processes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to healthcare excellence across our HQ and three Community Hospitals.

Reporting to the PTI Manager, you will lead and support the facilitation of quality improvement (QI) projects, drive QI trainings, and coordinate QI activities at SCH. You may also oversee secretariat duties for various SCH's workgroups and platforms.

You will work closely with stakeholders to achieve established goals through good project management and the application of suitable methodologies and tools i.e. QI methodologies - PDSA, Lean, Six Sigma, etc. You will facilitate QI projects - including timely monitoring and updates on follow-up actions, and to teach and support QI related workshops.

You will assist the Manager to maintain the systems and governance of all QI projects in SCH. This includes manaing the QI project cycle, which emcompasses project registration, in-progress reviews, project completion, rewards disbursement, project sustainability and participation in competition or conferences.

You will support the Manager to drive and promote QI initiatives through events and publicity, support the QI Domain champions and QI Trainers and Facilitators to drive QI projects uptake and staff training.

You will maintain good relationships with internal and external partners and stakeholders. You will maintain the highest standards of confidentiality in handling all information and data.
