An established industry player is seeking a dedicated professional to enhance advisor relationships and drive sales performance. This role involves managing daily queries, monitoring firm performance, and ensuring data security. You will collaborate with various teams to support marketing initiatives and uphold service standards. This role reports to the Senior Business Development Manager for Personal Lines and supports its growth by managing advisor relationships, driving sales performance, ensuring data security, and collaborating across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Enforce data protection: review external communications, encrypt reports, and ensure emails are sent to the correct recipients.
Uphold the clean-desk policy to avoid exposing sensitive information.
Drive sales KPIS by monitoring firm performance and engaging advisors.
Strengthen relationships with GI reps and FA channels to increase penetration and support.
Handle daily advisor and customer queries, including claims, appeals and escalations—conduct product, system, and induction training; host clinic sessions to enhance advisor knowledge.
Manage FA customer complaints and address objections with in-depth product knowledge.
Track competitor offerings to position Income's advantages.
Launch advisor engagement initiatives to meet sales targets.
Please prepare meeting minutes, track action items, and ensure follow-ups.
Collaborate with partners and internal teams to meet service standards and support marketing activities (e.g., roadshows, seminars).
Support process improvements and SLA adherence across teams.
Work with Legal and Compliance on contracts, new processes, and partnerships.
Handle ad-hoc tasks and cover for absent account managers.
Requirements:
Proven experience in account management and stakeholder engagement.
Minimum 2 years managing FA channels with an existing advisor network.
Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Excel (lookups, pivots, basic formulas).
Independent, analytical problem-solver with operational process know-how.
General Insurance knowledge/certification required.
