Qualifications

• Degree holder with at least 2 years healthcare experience will be an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, planning and organizational skills.
• Strong stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Point of contact for the Division Patient Safety and Quality Committee.
• Engage Patient Safety Officers and Heads of Department to improve clinical indicators.
• Ensure alignment of clinical policies with hospital level policies.
• Communicate clinical protocols effectively.
• Assist in Root Cause Analysis for quality assurance.
