Job Purpose
Support the GCCIO and Group Health Informatics (GHI) in managing Partnership Projects and Solution Readiness, including but not limited to Health Informatics and Next Generation EMR aspects, as part of overall Digital Health partnership to improve informatics productivity and experience.
MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Areas of Responsibility
(a) National Projects Project Management
Assist in programme management work areas specifically in the preparation of testing roster, ensure test script readiness, testing environment readiness and coordination of stakeholders' participation for MIC@home, National Referral Programme, Remote Clinical Monitoring (RCM).
Support the NHG SPOC in monitoring and tracking with project milestone criteria adherence against committed goals, and collating the status.
Communicate with and escalate timely any feedback and test results to external parties including IT partners and NUHS. Follow up closely with IT partners to close any bugs.
Presenting to respective stakeholder in timely regular basis.
Assist in risk assessment for impact of 3rd party systems integration delay
(b) Pre-Revalidation Testing /Full Dress Rehearsal (FDR) aka Revalidation Testing Support:
Assist in preparing for Technical Walkthrough and Full Dress Rehearsals, e.g. ensure script readiness, prepare status reporting template.
Present reports and Pre-RVE/RVE/FDR /Final verification preparation and status updates to stakeholders on a regular basis.
Disaster Recovery (DR) activities management and coordination
Kingfisher /Mass Casuality exercise coordination
Business Continuity (BCA) backup.
(c) NHG Mobility First Pilot
Coordinate system interdependencies within the NGEMR or escalate timely any other risks that could affect the delivery of the project schedule/outcome.
Organising, coordinating workgroup meetings, including scheduling, booking and preparing of rooms/virtual sessions, collating of meeting attendance, minutes taking and tracking matters arising for matters related to the integration support.
(d) Other duties directed by GCCIO and the office of GCI
JOB REQUIREMENTS
(a) Education/Training/Experience
Healthcare professionals who take an interest in informatics and/or governance to enable support & improve healthcare.
Preferably a tertiary degree from a recognised university.
Preferably 3-5 years of relevant working experience in a healthcare setting with clinical or healthcare informatics/governance experience.
(b) Personal Attributes
Excellent organisational, people management and communication skills, with an eye for details.
Ability to initiate, deliver and drive to complete projects with minimal supervision.
Ability to work effectively as an individual as well as in a team.
Ability to work on complex issues simultaneously.
