You will be responsible for supporting the department in performance management-related activities, which include the regular monitoring and reporting of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as well as the interpretation and presentation of key trends to Senior Management. You will assist in ad-hoc data analysis for outpatient clinic operations and support the facilitation of quality improvement projects. In addition, you will be involved in other Department-level roles such as business continuity planning (BCP), risk assessment, and civil emergency planning.

Requirements

1. Degree in any discipline with 4 years’ working experience, preferably in healthcare operations
2. Strong data analytical skills
