Overview

You will be responsible in supporting the department in performance management-related activities which includes the regular monitoring and reporting of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as well as the interpretation and presentation of key trends to Senior Management. You will assist in ad-hoc data analysis for outpatient clinic operations and support in the facilitation of quality improvement projects. In addition, you will be involved in other Department-level roles such as business continuity planning (BCP), risk assessment and civil emergency planning.
