Overview

You will manage MOH and SGH initiated Value Driven Care (VDC) conditions and coordinate value-based initiatives. Your job duties include:

Responsibilities
  • Literature review of VDC conditions, indicators and international benchmarks
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and develop clinical quality indicators and patient reported outcome measures
  • Data extraction and analyse VDC conditions
  • Conduct case review for cases which do not meet indicators and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and revise electronic Clinical Pathways (CCP)
  • Analyse patient reported outcome measures (PROM)
  • Identify and run hospital wide publicity programmes to promote awareness and adoption of practice of value based healthcare
  • Assist to automate the process of extracting, processing data and data validation
  • Provide secretariat support for meetings
  • Participate in quality improvement projects.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Nursing/ Biomedical Science/ related disciplines in healthcare, preferably with healthcare work experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially in Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge in the use of statistical and data analytic software will be an advantage
  • Experience in medical informatics and informatics-related project management preferred
