Job description

We are looking for a committed and detail-oriented Senior Executive to support the New Business Processing and Admin team. This role involves handling the day-to-day processing of new business applications for Life, Integrated Shield, and Long-Term Care Supplement products, as well as supporting reinstatement processes and regulatory compliance activities related to CRS & FATCA.

Responsibilities
New Business Processing & Administration
  • Process new business applications and reinstatements accurately and within service timelines.

  • Ensure completeness and compliance of submitted documents.

  • Support the maintenance of SOPs and work instructions.

  • Assist in identifying process gaps and suggesting improvements.

Team & Workflow Support
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

  • Escalate issues to team leads or managers as needed.

  • Participate in cross-training to support multiple product lines.

CRS & FATCA Support
  • Assist in data preparation and validation for CRS & FATCA reporting.

  • Support the annual remediation exercise, including customer outreach and data handling.

  • Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and follow-up.

Audit & Compliance
  • Prepare documentation and respond to audit or compliance queries.

  • Ensure adherence to internal controls and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field.

  • Preferably with LOMA or Diploma in Life Insurance.

  • 2–4 years of experience in life insurance operations, preferably in new business processing.

  • Exposure to CRS & FATCA or regulatory reporting is an advantage.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Good understanding of life insurance new business processes.

  • Basic knowledge of regulatory compliance (CRS & FATCA).

  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational systems.
