Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve in Singapore, home to world-renowned wildlife parks that connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is implementing an exciting rejuvenation plan that will integrate five wildlife parks with nature-based experiences, green public spaces, and an eco-friendly resort.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Assist in managing day-to-day Membership Operations for SZ MEC, BP MEC, and future RFP MEC, including weekends and public holidays.
  2. Perform IC duty as per roster plan.
  3. Participate in roster planning with senior officers.
  4. Manage membership email communications.
  5. Check application forms daily for errors.
  6. Ensure sufficient membership forms, cards, and stationeries for daily operations.
  7. Handle onsite and online queries and requests from members and guests.
  8. Remind officers of new membership initiatives and promotions.
  9. Assist in conducting onsite and online UAT for new PLUs.
  10. Work with officers and senior officers, taking charge of assigned roles and checking in on other roles periodically.
  11. Ensure adherence to Membership SOPs at all times.
  12. Assist with refund requests for online and onsite transactions.
  13. Support in preparing and compiling reports with senior officers.
  14. Assist the Assistant Manager in calling and conducting bi-weekly team meetings.
  15. Train new staff on membership products and systems.
  16. Perform any other duties as outlined in the job description.
Job Requirements
  1. Minimum Diploma in Hospitality & Tourism or Higher NITEC/NITEC.
  2. At least 2 years of relevant experience in hospitality or tourism industry.
  3. Customer service, guest experience, or contact centre experience is a plus.
  4. Ability to work on weekends and public holidays.
  5. Good communication and writing skills.
  6. Experience with Microsoft Office, Galaxy, CRM+, Onestore is advantageous.
