The Senior Executive, Marketing is responsible for planning, developing, and executing marketing strategies that promote the school’s food and beverage (F&B) offerings. This role aims to enhance the visibility and reputation of the school's dining experience, support healthy eating initiatives, increase engagement among students and parents, and ensure alignment with the school’s values and brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing & Promotion
Develop and execute marketing campaigns for the school’s cafeteria, catering services, and special dining events.
Promote healthy eating initiatives and nutritional programs in collaboration with nutritionists and food service staff.
Collaborate with the school’s marketing and communications team to integrate F&B messaging into school-wide platforms.
Content Creation & Communication
Create marketing content such as newsletters, menus, posters, videos, and digital content to promote meals, events, and nutrition programs.
Manage internal communications regarding menu changes, dietary updates, and special promotions.
Digital & Social Media Marketing
Manage social media campaigns related to F&B, including food features, chef highlights, or sustainability practices.
Work with the marketing team to ensure F&B updates are regularly posted on the school website and parent portals.
Community & Event Engagement
Coordinate and promote food-related school events (e.g., International Food Days, Sustainability Week, Parent-Student Luncheons).
Gather feedback from students, parents, and staff to continuously improve the dining experience and menu offerings.
Branding & Quality Assurance
Ensure all F&B marketing materials align with the school’s branding and communication guidelines.
Support sustainability, health, and wellness goals in all F&B messaging and promotions.
Skills/Qualifications:
Diploma / Degree in Marketing or other related courses
3 years of Public Relations, Events or similiar experience
Knowledge of design software (e.g. photoshop, illustrator) will be an added advantage
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Good presentation skills
Creative and proactive
