CRM Planning & Operations
  • Manage campaign setup and database segmentation for TANGS email marketing, SMS, and Push Notifications in the CRM system.
  • Support the creation, execution, and tracking of member lifecycle marketing programs such as reactivation, birthday benefits, and member tier retention.
  • Liaise with the CRM provider to set up mechanics, automated triggers, troubleshoot bugs, etc.
Data Analytics & Reporting
  • Execute A/B testing, database profiling, and post-campaign tracking to improve segmentation, send frequency, click-through rate, and member sales.
  • Responsible for monthly CRM data analytics reporting, including post-mortem analysis.
Loyalty Program Communications
  • Develop visuals, assets, and content for loyalty programs across email marketing, website banners, webpages, social media, e-catalogues, in-store touchpoints, and more.
  • Manage loyalty marketing gifts-with-purchase and perks, including sourcing, ROI assessment, execution, and post-mortem.
  • Support initiatives such as tourist loyalty programs and partnerships.
Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Coordinate loyalty member communications for stakeholder functions like campaign marketing, e-commerce, and brand partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, e-commerce, merchandising, and customer service to execute CRM programs and initiatives.
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by immediate superiors.
