Responsibilities
Assist to assess market opportunities and conduct research to understand customer needs
Enhance customers experience through mall-wide promotions and events to drive patrons traffic and increase tenant sales
Maximise the mall’s casual leasing revenue through the leasing of atrium spaces, road show spaces, media spaces and push-carts.
Assist to develop and execute the annual marketing calendar effectively on a timely manner.
Support in developing, tracking and managing marketing budget
Plan, execute and manage advertising, promotion and digital marketing strategies
Simultaneously manage multiple marketing and communication projects including strategy development
Coordinate and implement marketing and online activities in line with business objectives and visions
Develop and execute effective digital marketing strategies across all digital platforms
Build and maintain good relationship with tenants and garner their participation in the mall’s marcom activities
Liaise with advertising agencies, tenants, contractors and event companies to ensure successful launches of all projects and events
Analyse and evaluate effectiveness of marcom activities and make recommendations to adjust marketing strategies.
Requirements
Degree in Marketing / Mass Communications or relevant discipline
3 years’ experience in retail mall marketing, events management, digital marketing and Social Media marketing would be preferred
Seeking for creativity, think out of the box marketing ideas from various industry
Able to work independently as well as part of a team in a constantly evolving environment
Self-motivated, highly resourceful, positive and proactive, and with these traits, thrive on challenges and time pressures in a fast-paced environment.
