Job description

This role will be in a position to develop and execute marketing communications strategies for Consumer Business Group. As part of the Marketing and Communications team, the role plays a vital role in supporting the activation of marketing projects. This includes coordinating and executing marketing campaigns, initiatives and events to drive business goals for our lines of business.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assume responsibility for end-to-end management of integrated marketing campaigns. This includes but not limited to tactical campaigns, promotional events, new launches and brand campaigns.
  • Develop and implement marketing communications initiatives that drive business goals for our lines of business across multiple channels.
  • Work with stakeholders, both internal and external, to develop and deploy creatives assets and marketing collaterals (e.g. eDMs, flyers, brochures, point-of-sale materials etc.) for customer acquisition and retention, as well as leads generation.
  • Collaborate with performance marketing and other teams to optimise creative performance and returns on marketing investment.
  • Ensure all marketing creatives and messaging are consistent with our brand guidelines across all channels.
  • Handle administrative matters relating to campaigns such as preparing documentation, procurement, as well as tracking of timelines, project progress and budgets.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferably in Marketing, Mass Communications, or Business Administration.
  • At least 3 years in marketing communications.
  • Proven track record of solid project management skills, delivering projects within budget and timelines.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Resourceful, highly adaptable, and able to perform in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Meticulous with an attention to details.
