A leading company in the edutainment sector is seeking a Marketing Executive to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will execute marketing plans, manage budgets, and enhance brand visibility through strategic campaigns. This role demands creativity, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Candidates should possess a relevant degree and at least 2 years of marketing experience, preferably within consumer-oriented industries.
Job Responsibilities
1. Execution of Marketing Plans
Coordinate cross-functional teams and partners to execute marketing plans.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics of all campaigns.
Support Marketing Manager on all campaigns.
2. Budgeting
Allocate budget across marketing initiatives, including partnerships.
Track expenditures and ROI to ensure effective resource allocation.
Adjust budget allocations based on performance and business needs.
3. Brand Management
Develop and maintain a strong and consistent brand image across all channels.
Ensure brand guidelines are adhered to in all marketing communications.
4. Public Relations
Develop and execute Public Relations campaigns to enhance the company's public image.
Build and maintain relationships with media outlets and key stakeholders.
Draft press releases, articles, and other communication materials.
Manage influencer relationships, develop collaborative content strategies.
5. Digital Marketing
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive online engagement and lead generation.
Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics to assess campaign effectiveness.
Stay abreast of industry trends and implement innovative digital marketing strategies.
6. Website Management
Oversee the design, functionality, and content of the company website.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure website aligns with overall marketing objectives.
7. Social Media Management
Collaborate with agencies to develop and implement social media strategies that align with brand values and goals.
Provide direction to agencies or partners involved in social media management to ensure successful engagement and brand representation.
8. Offline (Onsite) Marketing
Coordinate offline events and sponsorships to enhance brand visibility.
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of offline marketing initiatives, including those conducted with partners, to measure ROI and inform future strategies.
9. Additional Responsibilities
Undertake any other marketing-related tasks or projects as assigned to support departmental and business objectives.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.
At least 2 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in consumer-facing industries such as retail, entertainment, F&B, or lifestyle.
Strong understanding of both digital and traditional marketing strategies.
Hands-on experience in managing social media platforms, digital campaigns, and content creation.
Familiarity with budgeting, ROI tracking, and marketing performance analytics.
Good copywriting and communication skills, especially for brand, Public Relations, and campaign messaging.
Proficient in using marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and email marketing platforms.
Able to multitask and manage timelines in a fast-paced environment.
Creative, resourceful, and a strong team player with a proactive mindset.
Comfortable working with external agencies, media partners, and vendors.
