NTUC LearningHub is looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to join our high-performing Product Marketing team. We’re seeking a dynamic, results-oriented professional who’s eager to own and drive performance-led strategies that deliver real impact.
In this mid-level role, you’ll take the lead on high-impact campaigns, optimise marketing investments, and turn insights into actions that drive business growth. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to bring initiatives to life and ensure every effort delivers clear, measurable outcomes.
This role isn’t for those focused solely on traditional marketing. We’re looking for a performance-driven marketer—someone confident in paid media, fluent in marketing analytics, and driven by execution and data-informed decision-making.
If you’re ready to roll up your sleeves, drive meaningful results, and help shape the future of learning—we’d love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing:
Performance-Driven Marketing Strategy
Develop and execute high-impact, data-driven campaigns across digital and offline channels to drive lead generation and revenue growth.
Optimise digital performance marketing (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) to maximise conversions and ROI.
Support in the planning and management of budget allocation, ensuring marketing investments generate strong business returns.
Cross-Team Collaboration & Campaign Execution
Work closely with Performance Marketing and Acquisition Marketing teams to develop and execute strategic, integrated campaigns.
Support sales teams with effective sales enablement materials (e.g. product placemats, collaterals) to improve customer engagement.
Build strong relationships with agency partners to explore new media opportunities and enhance campaign effectiveness.
Data, Insights & Optimisation
Track and analyse campaign performance, turning insights into action for continuous improvement.
Conduct post-campaign deep dives to refine strategies and improve lead-to-sale conversions.
Report on key metrics and performance indicators to ensure transparency and alignment with business goals.
What We’re Looking For:
3–5 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on performance marketing, digital campaigns, and budget management.
Proven track record in driving ROI, optimising campaigns, and executing data-driven marketing strategies.
Able to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally.
Excellent analytical skills—comfortable with data, metrics, and performance tracking.
A team player with charisma, creativity, and a passion for impactful marketing.
Experience working with agencies, media partners, and internal stakeholders.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment with tight deadlines.
Competency to utilise AI tools or platforms where applicable to enhance marketing workflows, automate tasks, and generate performance efficiencies.
