Job description

This role resides in the Policy Division in NTUC which is responsible to provide advice to the senior leadership on policies from the labour perspective and guide NTUC’s positions and policies on moving the 4Ps (Protection, Placement, Progression, and Privileges), and enhancing workers’ wages, welfare, and work prospects (3Ws).

In this role, you will work with other Business Units (BUs) to develop NTUC policy positions and influence government policymaking to create positive impact on the lives and livelihoods of workers. You will work with government agencies to lobby and design help schemes to meet the needs of workers, while ensuring value capture for NTUC. Additionally, you are required to provide staff support to workgroups and inter-agency taskforces to advance NTUC’s policy agenda.
