Job description

What the role is:

As a Senior Executive/Manager, Procurement Operations in the Finance and Procurement Division, you will be part of a team that serves as the centre of excellence for procurement activities across MOE schools and Headquarters (HQ). You will support end-to-end procurement processes, provide operational guidance to stakeholders, and contribute to operational efficiency improvements.

What you will be working on:

• Develop procurement approaches and strategies to meet schools and MOE HQ’s operational needs
• Manage and support tender exercises for HQ divisions and schools
• Establish and administer MOE’s demand aggregation contracts for HQ divisions and schools
• Provide advice on procurement policies and support the development of procurement resources, guides, and templates
