What the role is:
The job holder is responsible in driving the development and execution of innovative digital and social media communication strategies to elevate brand presence, foster international engagement and support organisational objectives across diverse audiences
What you will be working on:
1. Drive, develop and implement integrated digital communication strategies that align with organisational goals and brand vision, and enhancing awareness and understanding of HTA, its role and its mandate.2. Plan, create, curate and manage engaging and compelling content (including working with creative agencies) for social media platforms, website, and digital campaigns, to boost brand awareness, stakeholder management and reputation across different audiences3. Monitor, analyze and report on digital campaign performance4. Develop and execute social media strategies tailored to each channel and target audience5. Advance and manage HTA’s international partnerships, local, professional and academic partners, events and strategic relationships. The role supports international and local collaboration by driving engagement activities and initiatives with international, local, professional and academic partners in alignment with HTA’s goals.6. Undertake secondary appointments, duties or projects as assigned by the immediate superior and Director CHCC
What we are looking for:
1. A good University degree (preferably in Mass Communications, Marketing, International relations or other related disciplines); relevant working experience in corporate communications, experience in social media platforms, and engagement work would be an advantage;2. Strong interest in multimedia communications trends and content creation skills (written, visual and multimedia) with an eye for storytelling and brand consistency;3. Passion for working with people, with excellent interpersonal and listening skills;4. Excellent collaboration, project management and stakeholder engagement abilities;5. Articulate, with strong journalistic writing and presentation skills; and6. Able to manage projects and timelines concurrently.
