A healthcare institution in Singapore is seeking a candidate to monitor and evaluate the quality and safety of patient care under the Maintenance of Competency framework. Responsibilities include data analysis, patient inclusion for registry, and performance evaluation. A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is required, and candidates without prior experience are welcome to apply.
You will monitor and evaluate the quality and safety of patient care provided by each medical specialist under the Maintenance of Competency (MOC) framework. The MOC framework covers the Medical, Surgical and Ambulatory Disciplines. You will be involved in the clinical data analysis and case reviews for selected procedures/medical conditions and key performance indicators as provided. You will also perform the role of a Surgical Clinical Reviewer (SCR) under the American College of Surgeons National Surgical Quality Improvement Program (ACS NSQIP). A minimum of 1,680 cases needs to be reviewed per year.
