RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the HOD, Legal and Compliance
• Provide legal and regulatory advice
• Provide legal services
• Provide Compliance advice and carry out Compliance reporting
• Assist in the implementation of legal and regulatory requirements for General Insurers
• Assist in the implementation and continued compliance of the Company's policies
• Support the Data Protection Officer in ensuring the Company's compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act ("PDPA") & all related matters.
• Support in Corporate Secretarial duties
• Undertake any other duties as may be assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Tertiary qualification
• Recognised Bachelor of Law qualification

OTHER INFORMATION

• Minimum 3 years' experience in legal, compliance or regulatory functions, ideally in the insurance industry in Singapore
• Relevant experience in general insurance claims handling, compliance and corporate legal work
• Familiarity with MAS regulations, AML/CFT requirements and PDPA
