Broad Function

To support the planning and development of smart projects in alignment to WHC’s vision and mission.

Specific Responsibilities

• Lead in the planning of innovation projects/programmes assigned to him/her.
• DOKI Business partner to ops teams covering outpatient and/or inpatient and/or community areas.
• Work on the management of Design Thinking curriculum and content development.
• Conduct Design Thinking workshops for internal users.
• Assist in the planning and consensus building for smart project key deliverables and performance indicators.
• Guide business users in tracking of project progress.
• Provide secretariat support for smart meetings.
• Provide secretariat support for Innovation Workgroup.

General Responsibilities

• Lead the assessment of vendors/industry partners.
• Manage agreement documents and negotiate with other institutions/industry partners.
• Provide support information on potential funding sources, in collaboration with relevant agencies.
• Support in the development of the necessary approval papers and documents.
• All other official duties as assigned by reporting officer.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree with 5 to 6 years of experience.
• Previous training/experience in conducting Design Thinking workshops is preferred.
• At least 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience with operations or service background.
