We are looking for a Senior Executive – ISO & Quality Systems to manage and oversee the company’s compliance with ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety Management) standards.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the Integrated Management System (IMS), coordinating internal and external audits, and driving continuous improvement across quality, environmental, and safety systems.

Job Description:

• Ensure company-wide compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.

• Lead and coordinate internal and external audits to maintain ISO certifications.

• Oversee implementation and continual improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS).

• Maintain ISO documentation, procedures, and records in alignment with regulatory and business needs.

• Work closely with process owners to implement and sustain ISO requirements.

• Conduct training and awareness programs on ISO standards and company policies.

• Support initiatives to improve quality, environmental, and occupational health & safety performance.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health, or a related field.

• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in ISO systems compliance, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

• Proven experience managing or implementing ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.

• Strong understanding of Integrated Management Systems (IMS) and audit processes.

• Experience in coordinating with certification bodies and regulatory agencies.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and strong in documentation and process control.

• Good communication and teamwork skills to engage with cross-functional teams.

• Willingness to work overtime when required.
