Job summary

Mapletree Investments Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Senior Executive in the Group Internal Audit team to lead IT audits and advise on controls across IT systems, applications and infrastructure.

You will report to a Vice President and play a key role in risk assessment, control testing, and IT governance. The role requires strong technical knowledge and industry-standard certifications.

Qualifications

• 6 years of audit experience with at least 3 years in IT audits.
• Professional certifications in CISA, CISM or CISSP are advantageous.
• Experience reviewing IT application systems, operating systems and database security.
• Familiarity with MAS TRM, CSA Cyber Security Code of Practice (CCoP) and cloud security.
• Big 4 audit firm experience is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform IT audits to assess IT controls and recommend improvements.
• Develop IT audit scopes, conduct audits, and prepare reports.
• Engage in Group-level IT projects and provide IT risk advisory on new systems.
• Work independently with minimal supervision on audit assignments.
• Support data analytics initiatives and assist in integrated audits as needed.
• Carry out ad-hoc and special assignments as directed.
• Provide ad-hoc support to IA managers when required.

Senior Executive, Internal Audit (IT Audit) (Based in Singapore)

This position will be based in the Group Internal Audit team supporting IT audits and reporting to a Vice President.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform IT audits to ensure the adequacy, efficiency and effectiveness of IT system controls and recommend improvements to address risks or weaknesses identified.
• Assist in the development of IT audit scope, perform audits, recommend improvement areas and prepare audit reports.
• Participate in Group-level IT projects and act as an IT risk advisory to provide consulting services on risks and controls relating to new IT system implementation and/ or major enhancements.
• Able to work independently with general guidance on audit assignments.
• Support the business audit team to develop / enhance data analytics or provide support in integrated business audits if required.
• Carry out ad-hoc and special assignments/projects as and when delegated by the Management.
• Provide ad-hoc support for IA managers if required.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, IT or Business/Accountancy.
• 6 years of audit experiences with a minimum of 3 years of relevant IT audit experience.
• Professional certification in CISA, CISM or CISSP would have an added advantage.
• Experienced in review of IT application systems, operating systems and database security
• Prior experience in reviewing network security including network infrastructure and network penetration tests would be an advantage.
• Experience in using computer assisted audit techniques (such as ACL) and data analytics is preferred.
• Good knowledge and understanding of MAS TRM, CSA Cyber Security Code of Practice (CCoP), cloud security and familiarity with industry security best practices.
• Candidates with big 4 audit firms’ experience will have an added advantage.
