JD:

• Driving sales through remote interactions, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets via phone, email, and digital platforms.

• This role focuses on inbound/outbound inquiries, lead conversion, and collaboration with internal teams to enhance revenue growth. Handling 80% of our customers that drive 20% of our volume.

Customer Engagement:

• Respond to inbound inquiries and conduct outbound calls to prospects.

• Build lasting relationships through personalized communication.

Sales Execution:

• Quotation, Negotiate rates with internal and external stakeholders, close sales

• Follow up on leads, maintain a robust sales pipeline, and track progress in CRM.

Performance:

• Meeting weekly / monthly target

• Market Awareness

Requirements

• Min Diploma / Degree in any courses

• Min 2 to 3 years of sales support experience and in shipping industry.

Salary range: Up to $4.6K
