Job description

This role focuses on inbound/outbound inquiries, lead conversion, and collaboration with internal teams to enhance revenue growth.

JD:

• Driving sales through remote interactions, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets via phone, email, and digital platforms.
• Handling 80% of our customers that drive 20% of our volume.
• Customer Engagement: Respond to inbound inquiries and conduct outbound calls to prospects.
• Build lasting relationships through personalized communication.
• Sales Execution: Quotation, Negotiate rates with internal and external stakeholders, close sales
• Follow up on leads, maintain a robust sales pipeline, and track progress in CRM.
• Performance: Meeting weekly / monthly target
• Market Awareness
• Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Min Diploma with at least 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience or Degree with 1 years of relevant working experience.
• Power BI skills is advantageous
