In this role, you will drive sales through remote interactions, manage customer relationships, and achieve sales targets via phone, email, and digital platforms. The focus will be on inbound/outbound inquiries, lead conversion, and collaboration with internal teams to enhance revenue growth, handling approximately 80% of our customers that contribute to 20% of our volume.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Engagement:

• Respond to inbound inquiries and conduct outbound calls to prospects.
• Build lasting relationships through personalized communication.

Sales Execution:

• Prepare quotations, negotiate rates with internal and external stakeholders, and close sales.
• Follow up on leads, maintain a robust sales pipeline, and track progress in CRM.

Performance:

• Meet weekly and monthly sales targets.

Market Awareness:

• Stay updated on PIL products, industry trends, and competitor activities.

MUST HAVE:

• Diploma with at least 3 years of relevant experience or Degree with 1 year of relevant experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
