A leading company is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Manager to oversee employee share grants, performance bonuses, and participate in benefits reviews. The ideal candidate will have a degree and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with HR experience being advantageous.

Qualifications

  • Experience in HR practices and compensation cycle management will be advantageous.

Job Description

  • Manage the annual increment and performance bonus activities

  • Manage employee shares grant and vesting activities

  • Liaise with shares system provider on shares grant and vesting activities as well as system enhancements and any other matters

  • Participate in the flexible benefits framework review exercise

  • Liaise with flexible benefits administration provider on data exchange, processes and any other matters

  • Manage salary recovery, claims escalation, flexible benefits data interface issues

  • Participate in Compensation & Benefits surveys

  • Serve as project lead and/or any other adhoc duties as assigned by the Team Lead

  • Such other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by your immediate supervisor / the head of department from time to time

Job Requirements

  • Degree in any discipline

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Meticulous, detail oriented, hardworking, proactive and self-driven

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

  • Possess a service mindset and a good team player

  • Experience in HR practices and compensation cycle management will be advantageous

  • Familiar with various types of incentives and benefits

  • Demonstrates ability to handle and maintain confidentiality of confidential information

  • Good interpersonal skills, able to work in a diverse environment and build good working relationships with stakeholders
