A healthcare institution in Singapore is seeking an HR professional to provide comprehensive HR services to its nursing departments. The ideal candidate will have a degree in HRM and at least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a healthcare setting. Responsibilities include advising on HR policies, maintaining employee records, and managing compensation exercises.
You will deliver the full spectrum of HR services to selected Nursing departments. You are expected to play an advisory role to departments on employment legislations and HR policies and procedures. You will also perform operational HR work, such as the maintenance of employee records and the computation of pay-outs during compensation exercises.
Requirements:
Degree in HRM
Minimum 2 years’ of relevant work experience
Effective interpersonal and communication skills
Self-driven and achievement-oriented
Work experience in a healthcare setting will be an advantage
