A leading hospital in Singapore seeks a Talent Development Manager to enhance employee engagement and manage HR systems. The role requires a degree in Human Resources and a minimum of 6 years in a similar capacity, ideally in the healthcare field, focusing on grooming future leaders.
Reporting to the HR Director, you willpartner with business units to identify learning needs that deliver to the Hospital’s business objectives and employee needs. You will be responsible for talent and leadership development to groom future-ready leaders and grow a talent pipeline for the Hospital. You will also assist to promote an employee engagement culture. You will be part of the team to ensure smooth implementation of new HR systems or enhancement, change management and post implementation support.
