Job Responsibilities
Training
Plan and provide learning administration for staff including course registration, maintenance of records, training bonds, etc.
Maintain all training databases/documents.
Plan, arrange and liaise with external vendors for training courses.
Handle training-related matters with government and related agencies (including applications and claims of training grants).
Staff Engagement/Others
Plan the Annual Staff Engagement Calendar.
Collate statistics and prepare reports to management on organizational development and culture.
Organize Staff Orientation, Wellness / Engagement activities eg. D&D, Team Bonding activities, etc.
Implement Employee Satisfaction Survey.
Undertake other HR functions and ad-hoc assignments / duties as and when assigned.
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Business Management or other related courses.
3-5 years of prior job experience in Learning and Development preferred.
Experience in Frontier system, an added advantage.
Independent, resourceful, and self-driven with high degree of professional integrity.
Good communication & writing skills.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications eg. Power point.
