Job Responsibilities

Training

  • Plan and provide learning administration for staff including course registration, maintenance of records, training bonds, etc.
  • Maintain all training databases/documents.
  • Plan, arrange and liaise with external vendors for training courses.
  • Handle training-related matters with government and related agencies (including applications and claims of training grants).

Staff Engagement/Others

  • Plan the Annual Staff Engagement Calendar.
  • Collate statistics and prepare reports to management on organizational development and culture.
  • Organize Staff Orientation, Wellness / Engagement activities eg. D&D, Team Bonding activities, etc.
  • Implement Employee Satisfaction Survey.
  • Undertake other HR functions and ad-hoc assignments / duties as and when assigned.

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Business Management or other related courses.
  • 3-5 years of prior job experience in Learning and Development preferred.
  • Experience in Frontier system, an added advantage.
  • Independent, resourceful, and self-driven with high degree of professional integrity.
  • Good communication & writing skills.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications eg. Power point.
