Job description

Duration: 1 year

Location: One North

Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 8.30am to 6pm; Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm

We are seeking a detail-oriented and meticulous individual to join our HR Policy & Planning team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in maintaining high data quality standards while supporting day-to-day administrative functions within the HR division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth reviews of datasets across various HR systems to identify and rectify data quality issues such as inconsistencies, errors, and missing information.
  • Verify and update data entries; source additional information when needed through online/offline methods.
  • Perform accurate data entry of verified and rectified records into HR systems.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand data standards and implement cleaning protocols accordingly.
  • Carry out regular audits and quality checks to maintain data integrity.
  • Assist in preparing reports, processing invoices, and supporting other administrative functions as required.

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder with at least 3 years of experience in data cleaning and managing large datasets.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data tools.
  • Highly attentive to detail, with a strong sense of accuracy and quality control.
  • Experience working with SAP-based HR systems will be an added advantage.
