As part of the Human Resource team, you will partner Business Units by taking a proactive and consultative approach in key human resource areas to deliver and achieve business goals as well as maintaining good employee relations with line managers through dialogues, coaching and counselling.
ResponsibilitiesPossess a good Degree with preferably at least 2 years of relevant hands-on HR experience, especially in the area of HR business partnering and recruitment.
Hands-on experience in HRIS and HRSS (i.e. benefits, payroll, etc) work and IHRP-certification would be an advantage.
Strong foundational knowledge of local labour law.
Skills
