Job Scope:

• Support day-to-day operations for MNC Customer in Electronics & Electrical industry.
• Provided internal coordination across across Asia-Pacific regions
• Prepare daily/monthly reports on operational performance and KPIs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both customer and internal stakeholders
• Handle and coordinate internal and external claims processes
• Assist with reporting, insurance, and documentation to meet business needs
• Support regional efforts to grow customer business share
• Perform other assigned administrative and operational tasks

Job Requirements:

• Relevant experience in warehousing and distribution, forwarding logistics is welcome to apply
• Proficient in Microsoft Office application
• Strong analytical skills with a process-driven and problem-solving mindset
• Able to work independently under a fast-paced environment
