Job Summary:

• Salary: $4500-$5800 (Based on experience)
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, office hours
• Location: Kent Ridge Area
• Benefits: AWS + 2-3 months PB + Yearly Salary Increments

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Department Managers in developing and executing business plans in conjunction with the clinical head of department to ensure goals are achieved.
• Support Department Managers in achieving the volume and financial targets for the assigned clinical services.
• Conduct regular reviews with clinical and operations leads in the development of new services and work plans for the department.
• Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Collaborate closely with relevant departments on special projects, workgroups, or committees to resolve intra-department conflicts, propose options, and oversee implementation to ensure desired outcomes.
• Handle customer complaints and follow up with service recovery as necessary.
