This role requires strong skill sets in conceptualising and creating engaging and on-brand content that elevate our brand's voice and presence across web and social platforms. With your expertise in managing digital campaigns and growing social communities, you stay current with social media trends and leverage insights from platform analytics to drive continuous improvement.

As a core member of the Group Corporate Communications team, you are committed to safeguarding and enhancing the Group’s reputation by crafting and delivering compelling stories that inform and inspire a broad audience of stakeholders.

Key roles and responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, publish, and monitor always-on content including copywriting, creative direction, approvals, scheduling, and targeting.

  • Lead the day-to-day running of the Group social media accounts, including content calendars, monitoring and conducting regular analysis of channels.

  • Work with colleagues and partners to create, manage and execute digital campaigns across social media and the corporate website.

  • Manage SEO and SEM to boost the visibility of the Group’s key capabilities, products, services, and solutions

  • Produce effective and compelling short-form videos, infographic posts, blog articles, and other digital content.

  • Repurpose digital content for internal audiences where appropriate, such as employee stories.

  • Identify and pursue external partnerships/collaborations to increase positive exposure for the Group.

  • Monitor social media trends and the competitive landscape to proactively share insights, best practices, and new content ideas.

  • Develop regular reports on digital content and performance.

Other duties may be assigned.

Key requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Communications, Media, Film Production or a related field.

  • At least 3 years of experience in social media strategy and management, digital marketing, or a content-focused role.

  • Experience in an advertising, digital or social media agency is an advantage.

  • Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and other platforms.

  • Proven track record in developing and implementing successful social and digital campaigns.

  • Familiar with SEM, Google Ads & Analytics, social media analytics and monitoring/listening tools.

  • Excellent command of English, both verbal and written communication.

  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills across short-form and visual-first formats.

  • Proficient in key Adobe software, Canva, or similar tools.

  • Results-oriented and data-driven, able to make data-informed decisions.

  • Strong project management and organisation skills.

  • Good interpersonal, analytical and presentation skills.

Candidates will be required to provide a portfolio that highlights relevant skills and experience. Additionally, those who are shortlisted will need to undertake a brief test.
