Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing Visual Merchandising (VM) and retail marketing collaterals and events Management
- Conceptualisation and creation of visual assets for use across social media, digital and traditional platforms.
- Executing brands social media, digital, and content strategies.
- Coordinating with relevant parties and agencies to ensure consistency in brand strategy across all channels.
- Stay updated on evolving luxury media landscape covering online and offline channels.
- Daily monitoring of social channels and participating in meaningful conversations with clients through social and digital channels.
- Thoughtful copywriting for social media, blogposts, eDMs, press releases, etc. Web design and management (Shopify Preferred)
- Global and local influencer, celebrity, and media relations.
- Assisting in photography, and videography, as well as ad-hoc content creating operations.
- Propose marketing strategy to improve traffic flow to stores.
- Generate monthly reports and provide key points of analysis to the marketing team to improve the marketing strategies
- Ensure effectiveness of all marketing and media campaigns
- To develop and execute industry best practice strategies
- Periodic visit to the Flagship to understand business marketing needs
Requirements:
- Bachelor in Mass Communications, Marketing, Business Studies, or equivalent with min 3 to 5 years of retail/ digital marketing experience.
- A thorough understanding of luxury, its clientele, and its nuances.
- Proficiency in social media tools (Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok etc).
- Excellent copywriting skills, and thoughtful storytelling in English.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Google Suite and Microsoft office
- Experience in video production and/or video editing tools such as iMovie, Premiere Pro etc.
- The ability to prioritise work, and complete tasks diligently in a fast-paced environment.
- The drive to work well with a team, and/or on their own and to handle ambiguity
- The willingness to learn beyond field of specialty.
- Experience in a marketing/advertising/public relations agency.
- Experience working in luxury brand (fashion/retail/hospitality/travel etc).
