[What the role is]

As a Senior Executive in ITE, your challenge is to formulate, review and implement policies and processes in specific functional areas.

[What you will be working on]

  • Manage student financial systems and processes on fees charging, billings, collections, andrefunds
  • Collaborate and partner with relevant agencies and internal stakeholders to develop related student financial system
  • Stakeholder Management – Manage internal and external request and queries (including auditors) on AR processes
  • Perform data analytics to provide insights for processes and policies review
  • Review streamline and improve finance policies and processes
  • Ad-hoc projects may be assigned from time to time

[What we are looking for]

  • Credential in Accountancy or IT with accounting knowledge
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience in account receivable function.
  • Experience in accounting system implementation will be preferred
  • Meticulous, resilient, adaptable and ability to collaborate and engage with diverse stakeholders
  • Excellent Organisation, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to resolve issues and achieve organisational goals
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
