[What the role is]

As a Senior Executive/Finance & General Administration, you will play a key role in supporting IT Division's operations through financial management and administrative functions.

[What you will be working on]

  • Handling budget management, billing/invoice and accounts payable processes
  • Maintain & monitor accurate financial records (accruals, prepayments and raise journal entries) and assist with closing of Financial Year
  • Ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures
  • Provide advice and guidance to department users on proper compliance to both financial and procurement regulations and policies
  • Support system enhancement and policies review where necessary
  • Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
  • Providing general administrative support, training coordinator and ad-hoc tasks to the division

[What we are looking for]

  • Possess suitable credentials in Business Administration, Accountancy, Finance, or related disciplines, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in financial operations
  • Prior experience in public sector procurement processes and financial management would be advantageous.
  • Ability to handle data analysis, financial management
  • Independent, meticulous, self-motivated, and responsible team player
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (mandatory) and Workday System (preferred)
