Job description

What the role is:

As a Senior Executive/Finance & General Administration, you will play a key role in supporting IT Division's operations through financial management and administrative functions.

What you will be working on:

Handling budget management, billing/invoice and accounts payable processes
Maintain & monitor accurate financial records (accruals, prepayments and raise journal entries) and assist with closing of Financial Year
Ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures
Provide advice and guidance to department users on proper compliance to both financial and procurement regulations and policies
Support system enhancement and policies review where necessary
Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Providing general administrative support, training coordinator and ad-hoc tasks to the division

What we are looking for:

Possess suitable credentials in Business Administration, Accountancy, Finance, or related disciplines, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in financial operations
Prior experience in public sector procurement processes and financial management would be advantageous.
Ability to handle data analysis, financial management
Independent, meticulous, self-motivated, and responsible team player
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (mandatory) and Workday System (preferred)
