We are looking for energetic and dynamic individuals to join us as: Senior Executive, Finance

Duties and Responsibilities

• Record day-to-day financial transactions and ensure accuracy of data entries
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Process and monitor accounts payable and receivable
• Maintain general ledger and perform account reconciliations
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and accounting standards
• Monitor fund balance and send regular fund balance from various programmes’ bank accounts to operation teams
• Prepare monthly reports and reconciliation of the fund balances
• Prepare invoices for cost recovery from external parties and training courses provided by the company
• Prepare reports and supporting documents for the annual special and statutory audit
• Any other ad hoc finance or inter-departmental duties as assigned

Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience

• Diploma in accounting or business administration at the minimum.
• At least 5 years working experience in finance / accounting field. Experience in charity organization is a bonus but not a must
• Meticulous, strong numbers analysis, effective communicator, willingness to learn and ability to work in a fast-pace environment
