Senior Executive, Family Medicine Development

You will be responsible for the following:

  1. Program organization and coordination for:
  2. Medical students' clinic postings
  3. Family Medicine (FM) residents' clinic postings and training sessions
  4. Assist and provide administrative support for:
  5. MOPEX’s Orientation Program
  6. SAF FM Program
  7. Assist with department’s activities and events and take on other assignments, projects, or responsibilities assigned by your supervisor.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Science, Healthcare, or related qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in healthcare and proven track record in event management or coordination will be advantageous. Fresh Graduates may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • Strong problem-solving ability with good analytical and organization skills. Meticulous, resourceful, and able to multi-task.
  • Proactive and able to complete projects to meet deadlines.
  • A team player who is also able to work independently where necessary.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, able to communicate effectively with different stakeholders.
