About The Role
- Assist and manage CorpFM main processes, SOPs, and workflow - Administrator
- Assist and manage vendor contracts and performance reviews - Administrator
- Assist and manage CorpFM contracts - Contract Administrator
- Manage PPM and Reactive services for GOS and Local Remote Account
- Manage ad-hoc requests (minor MAC and A&A) for remote and GOS accounts
- Assist in setting up mobilization teams for new bids and redeployments (Coordinators, Technicians, and Handymen)
- Assist Account Manager and management with new bids, including gathering, analyzing, and negotiating costs where needed, and participating in bid site surveys when necessary
- Assist Project Managers with site coordination work
- Cover key site roles for sites such as Cargill, DTCC, RHB, Seagate, R&S, and Thermofisher
- Report and assist the CorpFM management team on relevant FM duties
About You
- Degree / Diploma / Higher Nitec in Building Services / Facilities Maintenance or Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in property / estate / facilities management or building / facilities maintenance
- Knowledge of building works and facilities management
- Good communication skills for liaising with internal and external stakeholders
